セッション概要	Recently IT service projects have increased to achieve organization's objectives and strategies for sustainable competitive advantages. But there are agency conflicts among project stakeholders negatively impact to project success. Project governance can reduce agency conflicts and increase project success rates. I will introduce the audit and PMO institutions for project governance of e-Government in Korea and IT companies.
