Project management (PM) was first introduced to Korean companies by US experts in late 1960s. PM competency of Korean companies has gradually improved over last 40 years. PM competency assessment (PMCA) model is developed based on PM standards. PMCA is presented in this presentation and Incheon Bridge project, which received the Premium Gold Winner Award by IPMA in 2015, is briefly introduced as the best PM practice in Korea. |
